# Delete a Proxy Port

> Use the Bright Data Proxy Manager API to delete a Proxy Port. Calls DELETE /api/proxies/{PORT} on the local Proxy Manager port 22999.

**API endpoint:** `DELETE` `/api/proxies/{PORT}`
