How restrictions are enforced
Technical blocks
Bright Data applies technical blocks across the platform. These are hard blocks: they cannot be overridden by customers or by Bright Data support, and they apply regardless of any compliance documentation you provide.Account suspension
In addition to technical blocks, Bright Data may identify an account that appears to be associated with a Restricted Jurisdiction and disable it. Unlike technical blocks, account suspensions can be appealed.Appeal an account suspension
If you believe your account was suspended in error, reply to the suspension email or open a ticket with support@brightdata.com. Attach your company’s certificate of incorporation (COI), and we’ll review it accordingly.Only account suspensions can be appealed. Technical blocks cannot.
