How to Integrate Bright Data With Zapier

Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:
- A valid Bright Data API Key
- An active Zapier account

Create a Zap
Log in to your Zapier account, navigate to the Zaps section, and click Create Zap to start building your workflow.

Set Up a Trigger
Choose a trigger app and event that align with your use case. For example:
- Use Schedule by Zapier to run a scraper hourly or daily.
- Use New Row in Google Sheets to trigger a scrape when new data is added.
- Use Webhook or Form Submissions to trigger scrapers dynamically based on real-time inputs.

Add Bright Data as an Action
In the Action step, search for and select Bright Data. You will then be prompted to set up your desired action.

Select an Action Event
Choose the specific Bright Data action you want to perform. For example, to scrape Amazon, select Scrape Amazon. Available options include scraping from various platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Connect Your Bright Data Account
Click Sign In next to the Bright Data connection field to authorize your account. A new window will open where you can enter your Bright Data API key.

Configure and Test Your Action
Customize the scraping parameters based on your selected action. For example, the Scrape Amazon action allows you to extract:
- Product details
- Reviews
- Seller information
- Product search results
- Global product database entries

Publish Your Zap
After a successful test, click Publish Zap to activate your workflow. Once published, it will run automatically based on your trigger conditions.You can also chain additional actions, such as sending notifications via Slack or email, or populating structured data into tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRMs.The possibilities are endless!
